Paying City of Toronto property tax and utility bills and parking tickets
Toronto residents are reminded that it is not possible to pay City of Toronto property tax or utility bills over the web or by telephone unless using their bank or financial institution's web or telephone services. The City of Toronto offers several payment options:
Property tax and utility bill payments: - Online services provided by banks or financial institutions - Telephone banking services provided by banks or financial institutions - Pre-authorized payment plans for property tax and utility bills (direct withdrawal from customer’s bank account) - In person at Revenue Services’ customer service counters at City Hall and Civic Centres (York, Etobicoke, North York, East York and Scarborough) (cash, debit or cheque payments) - By mail (cheque payment) - Drop boxes at various civic centres and public libraries (cheque payment) - Payments through mortgage companies

(cash, debit, credit card or cheque payments) - By mail (cheque payment only)
